How Customise handles the information you share with us. Last updated October 2026.
Who we are
This policy covers customise.ink and the services of Customise Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Customise", "we", "us"). We are an American-owned sourcing company with an office in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China, run through our Chinese subsidiary. We find factories, negotiate prices, check quality and ship products to businesses.

What we collect
Information you give us:
- Your name and business name.
- Your phone number (WhatsApp or text) and, if you choose, your email.
- Your shipping address.
- Logos, photos, artwork and other files you upload.
- Quote and order details: products, quantities, options, prices and approvals.
- Payment records, such as amounts, dates and payment method type. Card details go straight to our payment processors. We never store your full card number.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, text, email, our website chat or Support.
Information collected automatically:
- Approximate location (city and state or region) based on your IP address when you open a quote. We use ipapi.co for this.
- Your cookie choice, saved in your browser.
- Basic technical data your browser sends, like device type and pages visited, so the site works and stays secure.
When you type in the address field, what you type is sent to Google Places or OpenStreetMap Photon to suggest matching addresses.
We do not try to collect sensitive information (such as health, financial account numbers or government ID numbers). Please do not send it to us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare quotes.
- To run your order: sourcing, mockups, samples, production, quality checks and shipping.
- To take payments, send invoices and keep tax and accounting records.
- To send you updates about your quotes and orders by WhatsApp, text or email.
- To give support, fix problems, keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
- To understand roughly where our quotes are viewed, so we can serve customers better.
- To meet legal duties and protect our rights.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use ad tracking pixels.
Even so, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing.
Text messages
If you agree to texts, we message you about your quotes and orders, plus occasional offers such as reorder reminders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We never share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Where your data goes
Our team works in Guangzhou, China, and our company is in the United States. Your information is stored, accessed and used in China and the US, and by our service providers in other countries. Privacy laws there may be different from where you live. We take steps to protect your information wherever it is handled.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests that never become orders: about 24 months.
- Orders and invoices: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Uploaded logos and artwork: as long as needed for reorders. We delete them if you ask.
We may keep information longer if the law requires it or to settle a dispute.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections, access controls and trusted service providers. Files you upload are stored privately and only our team can open them. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot promise perfect security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the UK, the EU or Australia), you may have the right to:
- Know and access the information we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Delete your information.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share it, but we will honour your request.
- Limit the use of sensitive information. We do not collect sensitive information on purpose.
- Not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
How to ask: email privacy@customise.ink, message us on WhatsApp, or open a request in Support in your account.
To protect you, we check that the request is really from you by matching the email or phone number we have on file. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they show written permission and we can verify your identity.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why.
California "Shine the Light": we do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top, and for big changes we will let you know on the site or by message.
