Our sourcing office is in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, close to the factories we work with in Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen. We visit factories, check your order in person and ship it to your door.

Sun–Fri, 8 PM – 5 AM ET. That's Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM China time. We reply within 1 business day.
