Production starts when you approve your mockup or sample. We show an arrival window for each item. Factory and shipping times can change, and we update you if anything moves.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal or bank transfer (ACH or wire) in USD. Production starts once your payment arrives.
Digital mockups are free. Physical samples are priced separately and credited to your order if you go ahead.
Prices plus a free mockup for each item in 1–2 business days. Your first 3 items are quoted free. Prices are held for 2 business days, with one free price refresh after that.
We inspect every order at the factory and send you photos before it ships. Flag a problem within 7 days of delivery and we reprint, replace or credit it.
Prices include shipping, duties and customs to your door, unless your quote says otherwise.
